Data acquisition
From a single photo, the barcode, cap color, tube size, and filling volume are captured, along with the sampling time, to ensure that the samples arriving at the laboratory are analyzed within the appropriate time frame.

LIS check-in
Connection with the Laboratory Information System and complete set of checks with artificial intelligence to ensure the correctness of the sample preparation. Then, another check to see that all the tubes required for a given patient have been collected.

Feedback
In case of insufficient volumes, the device provides indications on the missing volume and the number of tubes to add.

Cloud Database
All data is sent to the cloud for viewing on the ROBOSAN software platform and for sharing with RPS-1 devices.
